Rwanda, in order to promote young Congolese and create conditions for collaboration between Rwandan and Congolese youth, the president of the association “Les jeunes cadres”, Florian Koulimaya, presented to the group’s executive committee Yalla Yalla the young Luvick Otoka, inventor of the automatic irrigation device
Evolving mainly in agriculture, the Yalla Yalla group, supported by the government of Rwanda, brings together a dozen young people, some of whom studied in Israel and others in Korea before returning home to participate in its development. Its mission is to improve the living conditions of the population through agricultural projects and by using high-tech equipment.
We are in practice but also in training because it is not only a question of interesting young people but above all of training them in order to achieve the expected results. We also want to share our experience with the Congolese because we will be farming thousands of hectares in Congo and we will necessarily need a quality local workforce ,” said the founder and CEO of this group, Emmanuel Ndayizigiye.
