One day field work for assessing the implementation and impact of GrowALE program at DIHIRO TSS.

On 26th November,2024 Yalla Yalla group senior staff embarked on a field visit at Dihiro TSS to assess the implementation and impact of the GrowALE program. GrowALE is a program that was initiated by Yalla Yalla Group in partnership with Ministry of Education through Rwanda TVET Board to empower students with practical skills in Agriculture and Livestock.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to interact with students and instructors, gaining valuable insights into the program’s progress. We were impressed by the enthusiasm and dedication of the students as they actively participated in various agricultural activities, from crop cultivation and livestock rearing.

the students’ feedback was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the practical nature of the training and its relevance to their future aspirations. Many expressed their desire to apply the skills they had acquired to establish their own agricultural ventures. This positive response reinforces our belief that GrowALE program is not only equipping young people with essential skills but also inspiring them to become future leaders in the agricultural sector and Livestock. By nurturing a new generation of skilled farmers and entrepreneurs, we are contributing to the sustainable development of Rwanda’s agricultural landscape.

As we continue to monitor and evaluate the impact of GrowALE program, we remain committed to providing ongoing support and resources to ensure its success. We are excited to witness the positive changes that this initiative will bring to the lives of young people and the agricultural and livestock sectors.

We invite you to join us in supporting initiatives like GrowALE that empower young people and contribute to a sustainable future. By working together, we can create a world where agriculture and livestock thrives and communities prosper.
